Venice Beach

You might be wondering why I haven't posted any animation lately. Basically I've been busy working on my thesis film and I'd rather that people view it as a whole as opposed to a series of vignettes. I might change my mind eventually ;)

Here's a few sketches from my trip down to LA. I seem to be very "profile happy" lately. Honestly though profiles are really fascinating...each face has it's own unique geology that says something about their character.
